Position: (Position Filled) Chinese Customer Service Agent
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Location: Birmingham
The Company
- A Young but well established and highly successful company focused on Sports betting are seeking a Chinese speaking Customer Service Agent to join their ever growing team.
The Role
- Attend to all inquiries via live chat, instant messaging tools, email and telephone.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with all clients and parties.
- Provide excellent quality customer service at all times.
- Complaints handling and escalations.
- Complete KYC procedures on the Company’s clients’ customers.
- Process deposits and withdrawals in and from customer accounts.
- Troubleshoot problems with deposits and withdrawals.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to insure smooth payments and operations and resolve customer queries.
- Handling responses to marketing campaigns and crediting bonuses to customer accounts.
- Compile daily and weekly figures for supervisors, managers and senior management.
- Liaise with Clients’ agents and distribution partners.
- Liaise with Clients’ suppliers and platform owners.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Personal Specifications - Essential
- Verbal and Written Mandarin proficiency.
- Verbal and Written English proficiency.
- Strong time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be willing to work shifts and weekends.
- Attention to details and analytical skills.
Personal Specifications - Preferred
- Educated to A-level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Verbal and Written Cantonese proficiency.
- Experience or Keen Interest in the betting industry.
- Have a keen interest in Sports, especially Football.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week, Initially between Monday and Sunday between 08.00 and 20.00 UK time.
