Your Responsibilities

To provide a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service to customers
Provide customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude
To repair and service all of the product range to Company standard
Establish a good friendly working relationship with the licensee on all sites
Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required
To ensure that your uniform and vehicle are always in a tidy and presentable condition
Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
Ensure ALL company equipment is kept secure at all times

Your Profile

You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented
Experience in servicing of electronic or electromechanical products e.g. gaming industry, office equipment, TV & Hifi
Be able to deal with customer/members of the public on a daily basis
Ideally have good knowledge of the local area
Hold a current full driving licence
Be able to work under your own initiative
Possess good verbal communication skills
Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling
Able to work a shift pattern that includes alternate weekends and some evenings.
