GRS was founded over 10 years ago to fill a definite gap in the gaming recruitment landscape we had discovered through direct experience, conversations with clients and issues where there was a sincere lack of personal interaction and accountability. Having combined the skillsets of our two founding directors; Steven Jackson with 10+yrs of gaming specific recruitment expertise, and Paul Sculpher with his 20+ years of experience working in the sector, the team defined an award-winning approach to recruitment for the industry.

Ten years on, we have over 40 satisfied trusted partners globally covering all sectors, are proud members of the Gambling Business Group, attend and speak at a variety of conferences annually, and our team has grown and accrued a combined 70+ years of expert working knowledge, experience and importantly, industry connections and contacts which our partners benefit from daily.   

All of these things help us to fully understand any brief and its requirements, whether it was to fill one or thousands of roles. We believe that our time spent in the industry helps us not only to know where to look for the right candidates, but also to determine the perfect cultural fit.
