Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Oversee the marketing department's operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for various marketing campaigns.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on feedback and analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to drive integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand reputation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the iGaming sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Strong acquisition and business growth experience with proven track record. 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing channels.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies for consumer lending products or services.

  • Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and budgets.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in consumer lending and financial services.

  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results and improving ROI on marketing investments.
