Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Oversee the marketing department's operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for various marketing campaigns.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on feedback and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand reputation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the iGaming sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong acquisition and business growth experience with proven track record.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing channels.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies for consumer lending products or services.
Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and budgets.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in consumer lending and financial services.
Proven track record of achieving measurable results and improving ROI on marketing investments.
