JOB DESCRIPTION: GROUP DIRECTOR LOYALTY CAMPAIGNS
DEPARTMENT: Group Marketing
REPORTS TO: Group Director Marketing Operations
Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Main Objective:
1. Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of Group wide loyalty initiatives, including direct leadership of the land based My Club Rewards Loyalty Programme.
2. Manage the customer lifecycle, improving acquisition and retention of customers, optimising multi-channel marketing flows and campaigns, and creating an attractive loyalty offering that brings value to the customer.
3. You will work alongside Product Owners (Online Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Poker) Country Marketing Managers (Baltics, Croatia, France, Spain) and VIP Marketing leads to develop CRM and promotional marketing campaigns to grow customer value, frequency and recency across all tiers and products.
4. Manage a team of campaign development and delivery executives, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and all loyalty customer campaigns are planned and executed on time and to maximum effectiveness.
5. You will own the relationship with our CRM provider managing the migration of all countries to this platform, and the development and integration of new product tools to optimise business performance.

Targeted offers & incentives; Yield Management Value Tracking, Controlled RTP costs, Profit scoring
Tier Management Infinity; VIP &; HVC Mass Non Gaming
Responsibilities:
Build and execute customer journeys designed to increase signups, purchases, retention, customer lifetime value and loyalty.
Deliver high performance, data driven, digital marketing strategies to support activity in the marketing calendar.
Manage and build the future strategy for the land based loyalty program end to end including developing easy to communicate benefits and reporting on program performance.
Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement through the delivery of targeted personalised customer communications.
Deliver CRM database growth initiatives and optimisation to improve engagement of database.
Provide the wider business with reports that include insights and recommendations based on CRM database performance.
Gather insights on customers behaviour and be a vital part of the wider marketing team contributing to ideas, projects and campaigns
Bring a mix of commercial acumen, analytical rigour, creativity and an optimisation approach to ignite company’s full potential via CRM and digital marketing strategies.
