Product Owner - Casino
About the job
We are currently hiring a Product Owner who will be responsible for coordinating and presiding over the delivery of key initiatives for our casino products. This role will lead the product and its feature initiatives throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders, external Software Development and Tech Teams. The successful candidate must be driven by results, have excellent task-management and problem-solving skills, and be a strong team player.
What will you be doing?
Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog.
Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals and customers' needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to clarify development requests and support new ideas and initiatives.
Clearly define and break down business requirements into technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with developers and designers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain clear documentation and update it frequently.
Act as a primary point of contact between the development teams and stakeholders.
Keep the focus on the projects and initiatives that are under development.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders.
Perform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of).
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed about market trends, analyze competitors, and bring forward new ideas to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner with a solid casino background and experience in the gaming industry.
Experience working in an agile environment and methodology.
Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) within a diverse and multicultural environment.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A passion for emerging technology and delivering great products.
