Pay starts at £12.85 / hour (£24,055 a year) for a 36 hour week over 4 days (3 consecutive days off) and can rise to £13.95 / hour £26,114 a year). Tips run around £70 per week on top of that, and overtime (at time and a half) is almost always available.
So for one 9 hour overtime shift, (i.e. a 45 hour week), you could earn between £706pw (£36,722.40 pa) incl. tips and £760.52pw (£39,547 pa).
