Position Summary

  • The Casino Marketing Manager will primarily focus on optimising the overall content and communication channels of the casino.

  • They will assist the Marketing team in all elements of casino promotions, events, campaigns, etc with the aim of positively impacting the casino promotional offering and loyalty program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participates in weekly Casino Marketing meetings

  • Liaises with Casino Marketing Promotion team for proper utilization of Casino communication channels

  • Develops workflows and KPIs to ensure proper processes are in place

  • Ensures internal communication is aligned with Marketing promotions and objectives 

  • Liaises and coordinates with Brand & Communication Marketing as well as Digital Marketing to optimize the communication of casino promotions

  • Works closely with the Database Marketing Planning & Analytics team to analyse the customer database and the performance of marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns (including Loyalty program segmentation and effectiveness)

  • Contribute to marketing research to determine and improve competitiveness, insights and actions

  • Assist in developing performance metrics and reports, identify new opportunities and improvements

  • Develop in conjunction with the marketing team unique propositions, and assists in the creation of targeted campaigns toward key Casino customer segments

  • Assists Senior Marketing Manager and wider team to develop the Marketing Calendar

  • Assist in developing an omni-channel approach across all delivery points and coordinate with all the respective departments

  • Assist in developing and then implementing mobile app marketing campaigns and promotions targeting new and existing customer to increase engagement and customer experience

  • Complies with budgetary guidelines, processing documents and maintaining assigned budget categories

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Marketing Manager preferably within a casino operation, or in a high-volume retail industry

  • Experience with the creation, implementation and management of online and offline marketing campaigns

  • Knowledgeable of cost management, analysis, and marketing activity based on the target audience

Education

  • Degree holder in one of the following fields, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Able to influence and engage the target audience

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Skilled analyst

The Role

  • We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Gaming professional for the opportunity to join our existing team of Customer Service Managers – Gaming.

  • Customer Service Managers (CSM) - Gaming are responsible for achieving Gaming contribution targets by optimising gaming service delivery.

  • This role requires displaying visible leadership through developing, motivating and empowering Live Table Gaming team members to deliver an engaged customer experience, and leading by example by demonstrating core service values to the wider team.

  • Customer Service Managers – Live Gaming will contribute to the site gaming strategy through effective communication, making robust decisions; being commercially astute; focusing on achieving key performance objectives; displaying expected professional behaviours as well as protecting business assets.

  • Please note that this role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required.

Selection Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months Gaming Supervisory/Management experience

  • Valid PFL Holder

  • Robust knowledge of current LCCP

  • Confident in decision making

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to display explicit leadership understanding

  • Excellent grasp of customer services principles with a capability for the execution of desirable service standards

  • Organised and efficient approach to work

Role

  • The Email Marketing & Graphic Web Designer works across all areas of marketing with a heavy emphasis on end-to-end email campaign and program management (including conception, creative, production, deployment and tracking).

  • You will support a fast-paced, interdepartmental team focused on driving customer engagement through email newsletters, trigger communications, lifecycle marketing and promotional campaigns.

  • You will ensure that all email marketing initiatives are executed on time, and in accordance with business goals and established metrics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Email blasts, Animated Banners. Website Graphics, Landing pages, Printed collateral for direct marketing, Office marketing materials, Putting together HTML emails.

  • Manage the email production process from end-to-end - from brief through design, HTML production and campaign deployment to reporting.

  • Day-to-day management of the email schedule, ensuring all mailings are delivered correctly, promptly and to schedule to deliver maximum revenues.

  • Maintain and communicate reports on email activity, including key KPIs (open rates, click through rates, conversions, unsubscribes, etc).

  • Track performance of email activity and take ownership to raise and identify any anomalies, highlighting issues or making recommendations for improvement where appropriate.

  • Ensure best practice email design, HTML build and usability.

  • Utilise the ESP tools to ensure maximum deliverability and optimal renderability.

  • Raise support requests and liaise with ESPs as and when required.

  • Keep abreast of industry best practice, new techniques and competitor activity in relation to email.

  • Work with the Email Marketing Manager to develop and main email calendars and schedules.

  • Assist Email Marketing Manager in design and oversee implementation of A/B tests.

Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level, preferably with a qualification in design and/or creative subject.

  • A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Intermediate level of HTML/CSS.

  • Working experience with CRM tools such as SugarCRM and Salesforce.

The pay is from £28K+ depending upon experience and you can expect to earn around £400 per month in tips as well.

Stratford is in East London, very accessible (it's right next to the Olympic stadium with all the transport links nearby) and is a lot cheaper to live in or near than Central London.
