JOB TITLE: (Position Filled) Norwegian Customer Support Agent
SALARY: up to €30K
LOCATION: Malta
Your Day-to-Day:
Act as 1st line support to customers via email and live chat
Respond to Customer queries in an accurate and timely manner
Reporting technical issues and provide insights
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Build sustainable relationships with customers
Meet personal and customer service team targets
Analyze and report product malfunctions
Inform customers about new features, promotions and functionalities
Liaise with the Payments and Risk & Fraud teams
Maintain customer records by following the correct data protection procedure
Support with other projects and duties if and when requested to do so
Who You Are:
Ability to work on your own initiative and to be a team player with a hands-on approach
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Proficiency in Finnish and/or Norwegian would be considered an asset.
Experience and a genuine interest in working in Customer facing roles
Experience within the gaming industry is a plus but not necessary
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail
Good time management skills
Responsible and dependable
Able to commit to working shifts and weekends
