JOB TITLE:                    (Position Filled) Norwegian Customer Support Agent

SALARY:                       up to €30K

LOCATION:                  Malta

  

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Act as 1st line support to customers via email and live chat

  • Respond to Customer queries in an accurate and timely manner

  • Reporting technical issues and provide insights

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Build sustainable relationships with customers

  • Meet personal and customer service team targets

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions

  • Inform customers about new features, promotions and functionalities

  • Liaise with the Payments and Risk & Fraud teams

  • Maintain customer records by following the correct data protection procedure

  • Support with other projects and duties if and when requested to do so

Who You Are:

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and to be a team player with a hands-on approach

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • Proficiency in Finnish and/or Norwegian would be considered an asset.

  • Experience and a genuine interest in working in Customer facing roles

  • Experience within the gaming industry is a plus but not necessary

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Good time management skills

  • Responsible and dependable

  • Able to commit to working shifts and weekends
