About the Role:

As the CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic CRM initiatives that exceed our company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that resonates with our brand values and engages customers at every interaction.

  • Optimize customer lifecycle activities through data-driven analysis to enhance our offerings and user journeys.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with our Nordic and Product Teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, supported by detailed planning and productivity monitoring.

  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to align campaigns with customer expectations while prioritizing impactful promotional offers.

  • Continuously evaluate marketing campaigns, utilizing insights from past initiatives to refine strategies specific to the Nordic market.

  • Design and deliver localized, personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and social media, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adapting strategies based on analytical feedback.

  • Oversee the complete CRM workflow, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with the sports trading team to drive innovation in promotional strategies and enhance our product propositions.

Our Client within the online sector is looking to hire a Financial controller (French Speaker).

The chosen candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position plays a key role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Controller also ensures compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Provide financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and recommendations.

Financial Analysis

Your Day-to-Day

  • Acquire new Affiliates for our Affiliate Program

  • Build relationships and maximize the performance of existing partners

  • Research and develop new acquisition approaches through online and offline activity

  • Review and improve existing deals with the purpose of ROI maximization

  • Work with Affiliate tracking software and invoicing

Your USPs

  • Minimum of 1+ years in account management within the iGaming sector (Must)

  • Experience working across .com markets with strong existing relationships in them

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or MS Excel is considered as a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via live chat and email.

  • Communicate with 2nd line support team and payment providers to solve customer problems in the most efficient way.

  • Approve customer withdrawals upon request from the player.

  • Review of customer documentation and KYC checks on demand for various jurisdictions in line with policy.

  • Contribute to team effort by achieving personal KPI’s to support departmental SLA’s.

  • Provide insight into current customer feedback and help shape our systems, processes and self-service outlets, such as our FAQs and Knowledgebase, both within CX and the wider Country Management.

  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the CX Management such as analysing customer contact trends and patterns, and providing context around these.

About You

  • Fluent knowledge of German - both written and spoken.

  • A keen interest in sports & casino.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to adapt to shift work.

  • Customer service experience is considered a plus.

  • Able to multitask.
