Job Description
• Attend to all inquiries via live chat, instant messaging tools, email and telephone.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with all clients and parties.
• Provide excellent quality customer service at all times.
• Complaints handling and escalations.
• Complete KYC procedures on the Company's clients' customers.
• Process deposits and withdraws in and from customer accounts.
• Troubleshoot problems with deposits and withdrawals.
• Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure smooth payments and operations and resolve customer queries.
• Handling responses to marketing campaigns and crediting bonuses to customer accounts.
• Compile daily and weekly figures for supervisors, managers and senior management.
• Liaise with Clients' agents and distribution partners.
• Liaise with Clients' suppliers and platform owners.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Personal Specifications
• Must - Verbal and Written Mandarin proficiency.
• Must - Verbal and Written English proficiency.
• Must - Strong time management.
• Must - Strong communication skills.
• Must - Be willing to work shifts and weekends.
• Must - Attention to details and analytical skills.
• Should - A-levels educated.
• Should - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Nice but not essential - Experience or Keen interest in the betting industry.
• Nice but not essential - Have a keen interest in Sports, especially Football.

Working Pattern
40 hours per week
Early Shift: 8am – 4pm
Late Shift: 12pm - 8pm
5 days a week from Monday to Sunday.

A large integrated High-End Casino Resort is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable VP of Hotel & Catering Operations to join their multinational team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the company’s Executive Board in strategy and decision-making and represent all aspects of the Hotel & Catering Operations.

  • Manage a staff of Directors, Managers and Executive Chefs to ensure consistent delivery of our product and service within the standards of budget, policies, procedures, and quality to satisfy the requirements of the sales and finance divisions.

  • Promote and develop existing programs to ensure the highest possible accommodation, culinary and service quality.

  • Develop accurate and ambitious long and short-term financial objectives for units consistent with objectives.

  • Maximize sales potential through designing of products and services, marketing and public relations campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and other relevant Departments.

  • Lead decisions appropriate to all internal operational procedures, budget and planning areas, and personnel; Review, recommend, and standardize prices and budgetary allotments regarding food, beverage, and labour costs.

  • Assist in the training including development of foodservice and beverage management staff; attend and monitor large catering events or special VIP events.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; both in oral and written form

A leading Online Gaming Company are seeking a talented Analyst Coordinator to work with their football data collection team.

The Role

  • The role of Football Analysis Coordinator is to lead the review, design and implementation of all our football data collection, working with teams both in the UK and Eastern Europe.

  • We are a sports analytics team that provide football data and analysis to our clients.

  • We apply a detailed statistical approach towards the game of football and ensure that we collect data of the highest accuracy in order to provide an outstanding service for our clients.

  • The Football Analysis Coordinator will work with the Trading Manager and be responsible for building a football watching and analytics team from the ground up.

  • This will involve recruiting of new staff, both in the UK and Eastern Europe, and producing and implementing a training plan to create a team of the highest quality football analysts.

  • The team of analysts will be trained to the highest standard to cover the required football, both domestically and internationally, as requested by the Trading department.

  • The role will require travel to the company’s offices in Eastern Europe in order to build a team and train new staff members and then regular visits to ensure the highest quality is maintained.

  • In addition to building and managing the team of analysts the Football Analysis Coordinator will be responsible for the continued development of the team.

  • This will include creating new training plans and ideas for improving the quality of the data recorded, working alongside the Trading Manager to develop current software in order for it to meet the needs and confidentiality requirements of a rapidly growing team as well as maintaining the strong relationships with our partners.

  • The role requires you to work closely with the Trading Manager and Quantitative Analysis team as well as the team of analysts in the UK and Eastern Europe, in order to collate and deliver the required statistics for the Trading departments requirements, working to strict deadlines.

  • The role is salary based plus discretionary bonuses, with a progression-based plan both for the development of the role and salary.

 

The Requirements

  • A strong knowledge of football, across a variety of major football leagues.

  • Excellent understanding and reading of the game of football with the ability to interpret match events, both live and post-game.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and to be able to speak and write English to a high level.

  • Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining a high level of concentration.

  • Excellent IT skills.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and comfortable working on a shift/rota pattern, both individually and as part of a team.

  • Happy to spend time travelling to the company’s offices in Eastern Europe to train and work with team members based there.
