The Role

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a clear vision and strategy for delivering and embedding Safer Gambling throughout the business.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the field of Safer Gambling and promote awareness of Safer Gambling strategies and procedures, using tools, communication strategies and key stakeholders to continue our success.

  • Monitor and evaluate Safer Gambling practices, with particular focus on customer due diligence within our casino environment.

  • Continue our great work on Age Verification processes and manage our supplier relationships to support our Responsible Gambling strategy.

 What we need from you:

  • Proven history of working in a Gambling Compliance role alongside experience in developing and implementing policy and procedures.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Gambling Compliance, Safer Gambling and LCCP.

  • Ability to resource information from external sources and awareness of Safer Gambling best practice.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in verbal and written forms, analyse data, work independently and within a team.

  • Current PML holder.

The primary function of the Dutch-speaking Compliance Officer is to ensure compliance with the Dutch regulations. The role covers the continuous monitoring compliance, reporting to the regulator, internal reporting, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued compliance. The chosen candidate will also be investigating escalated complaints and should be able to advise on different areas of the business, including but not limited to advertising

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation

  • Provide assistance when dealing with customers’ complaints raised internally

  • Investigate and draft formal replies to third-party dispute resolution bodies

  • Review procedures and ensure that they are up to date; propose and drive changes thereof where necessary

  • Draft policies

  • Assist with internal and external audits

  • Prepare reports for management

  • Collect data for reports required by relevant authorities

  • Review and prepare terms and conditions

  • Prepare and delivery employee training on different regulatory issues and the Company’s policies and procedures

  • Participate in general company administration

About You:

  • 2+ years previous experience in working in online-gambling, ideally with experience in compliance

  • Dutch native speaker or equivalent fluency

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Dutch and English

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our online casino brands.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), new providers onboarding and responsible gambling practices.

  • Continually improve training materials, keep them up to date and ensure consistency and alignment of training materials across our Gaming teams.

About you:

  • At least 3 years experience within the iGaming industry as an Operations Manager equivalent.

  • Outstanding organisational experience and attention to detail.

  • Experience in following and implementing processes and procedures.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and solutions orientated.

  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

3+ years of direct B2B sales within the regulated gambling industry.

You will need to have a proven capability to identify, negotiate and close deals as a supplier to operators in any relevant product vertical.

The company are regulated by the Financial Regulator so you must have a completely clean background check.

You must have strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in explaining a complex product or solution to all stakeholders within a customer organisation.
