MAIN OBJECTIVE:

This role exists to manage the localised implementation of Group Marketing Strategy in the Baltic region through Country Managers and Country Marketing Managers.

You will ensure the delivery of customer-focused marketing activities across the region, managing the execution of country specific activities that drive revenue and footfall in alignment with Country business plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In conjunction with the Group Loyalty Director, delivers the Land Based Loyalty Marketing Programme, with responsibility for the management of customer reinvestment and the delivery of acquisition, retention and growth strategies for the land-based loyalty customer database.

  • Oversees the management of the company's brand campaigns, working with Country Marketing leads to deliver on event, social, experiential and social activity to agreed business objectives.

  • Responsible for leading the land-based marketing teams in the creation and implementation of all Baltic properties marketing, promotional, media and positioning strategies to meet revenue, visitation, brand and market share objectives in line with agreed annual and long-term business plans.

  • Responsible for ensuring all marketing output is legally approved, confirms to host responsibility, data protection and all other legislative, advertising and sales promotional guidelines in each company of operation.

  •  Work alongside Group Loyalty lead and Product Owners (Online Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Poker) Country Marketing Managers (Baltics, Croatia) and VIP Marketing leads to develop CRM and promotional marketing campaigns to grow customer value, frequency and recency across all tiers and products.

In this key role, you will manage the delivery of our Machines and IT proposition, directly impacting customer experience and driving business performance through continuous improvement. You'll need network experience and the ability to repair low level IT equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and setup of IT hardware and slot machines.

  • Routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of equipment.

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

  • Providing technical assistance and training to club staff.

  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards.

  • Your success will be measured by the smooth operation and maintenance of our installed equipment, efficient troubleshooting, exceptional customer service, and consistently achieving KPIs set by IT/Field management. You will also contribute to maintaining exceptional standards within our club arcades during installations, removals, and maintenance.
