About the Role:

As the CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic CRM initiatives that exceed our company objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging campaigns and promotions for our Casino and Sportsbook offerings. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver tailored experiences that foster customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that resonates with our brand values and engages customers at every interaction.

  • Optimize customer lifecycle activities through data-driven analysis to enhance our offerings and user journeys.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with our Nordic and Product Teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, supported by detailed planning and productivity monitoring.

  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to align campaigns with customer expectations while prioritizing impactful promotional offers.

  • Continuously evaluate marketing campaigns, utilizing insights from past initiatives to refine strategies specific to the Nordic market.

  • Design and deliver localized, personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and social media, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adapting strategies based on analytical feedback.

  • Oversee the complete CRM workflow, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with the sports trading team to drive innovation in promotional strategies and enhance our product propositions.

  • A leading Casino & Gaming Operator is seeking a skilled and talented Data & CRM Manager to join their growing marketing team.

  • The role will require a focused, and analytical mindset; an abundance of tenacity, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.

The Role

  • Plays a crucial role in the development of an integrated group CRM strategy.

  • Manages the day-to-day consumer relations, CRM segmentation, and product recommendation programs and platforms.

  • Multichannel migration support.

  • Manages key vendor relationship and databases, strategy execution and deliverables.

  • Technical development of CRM campaigns in all different lifecycles; conversion, retention and reactivation.

  • Monitors campaign roll-out and execution/performance.

  • Technical development of ad hoc campaigns based on business requirements & produces new initiatives.

  • Helps contribute new and creative growth strategies with stakeholders.

  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end guest experience across multiple channels and guest touch points.

  • Provides consumer analytics and behavioural reporting.

  • Develops business intelligence data sources and software (Power Bi).

  • Analyse trends; identify opportunities.

  • Use analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications.

  • Creating and maintaining existing reports relating to retention performance

Skills and Knowledge

  • Holds a master’s or a Degree in a Marketing or data related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience within a CRM Marketing or data driven role.

    OR

    Has a minimum of 5 years’ work experience within a CRM Marketing, Data Manager, Analyst or similar role.

  • Knowledge of CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, interactive marketing and database marketing.

  • Understanding of relational databases, data manipulation, process automation/optimisation and data visualisation/reporting.

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing and measurement.

Desirable

  • SQL knowledge.

  • Power BI experience (or other data visualization tool).

  • Experience in a gaming related field.
