Introduction
The role of gaming product technician is to provide technical support for the gaming equipment within our casinos.
The role requires extensive travel all over the UK but will principally be focused to a single region.


Principal Accountabilities
To effectively manage the day-to-day service calls logged by casinos relating to gaming equipment faults.
To work with and report to the senior gaming product technician for the region on any ongoing issues.
To observe all machine accounting systems and maintain security procedures relating to this.
To anticipate machine faults and be proactive in dealing with these and reporting to the senior gaming product technician.
To ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures in respect of Health and Safety in the workplace and public areas, at all times.
Ensure internal customers are kept informed at all stages of progress with regard to machine faults.
To carry out Pre-Preventative Maintenance on a wide range of gaming equipment as per required service schedules for that equipment type.
Liaise with casino management with regard to ongoing fault management and how to reduce machine downtime.
Assist the project team when required with machine installs and gaming floor moves.
To adhere to company SLA targets in relationship to gaming equipment repairs.
To provide service and customer support to our casinos.
To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time throughout the entire casino estate.

A self-starter able to work autonomously yet also a team player.
Have extensive knowledge of gaming equipment.
Have great communications skills.
Basic understanding electronics.
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Working Hours
40 hours minimum per week – as necessary to meet business demands.
Extensive UK travel with overnight stays should be expected from time to time.
Full Clean UK driving license.

(Position Filled) Workshop and Logistics Coordinator - Walsall - £22K-£25K

Job Title: (Position Filled) Workshop and Logistics Coordinator
Salary:  £22K - £25K

Introduction
• The role of workshop and logistics coordinator is to effectively manage the day to day operations of the gaming product support warehouse.
• This includes the organisation of the current machine stock levels, as well as assisting with organisation of machine parts in the warehouse.
• The role also requires the need to do in house machine repair in terms of both machines and parts as well helping to organise and plan the delivery of machine product to our casinos across the UK.

Principal Accountabilities
• To organise the departments machine and parts stock in the warehouse.
• To effectively manage and repair parts returned by the field service team in house and assess the need to send parts for 3rd party repair where needed. 
• Maintain accurate reporting on part repairs and report on items which could have been repaired in the field.
• Work with the senior stores coordinator on effectively managing the levels of repaired spare parts we hold in stock and record the subsequent savings made from this.
• To organise and prepare machines for installation.
• Assist with organising and planning the delivery and installations of new equipment.
• When required assist the field service team with machine deliveries.
• To organise and execute the best way to dispose of redundant gaming equipment whilst salvaging all useable machine parts.
• Working alongside the senior store’s coordinator, proactively look to reduce costs through seeking alternative suppliers were possible.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment and to ensure all relevant health and safety procedures are adhered to in the workshop and stores environment.
• Complete regular stock takes to satisfactory level required by internal audit.
• To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time throughout the entire casino estate.

Personal Skills & Experience
• A self-starter able to work autonomously yet also be a great team member.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Have good knowledge of gaming equipment and the associated parts.
• A good knowledge of basic electronics.

40 hours minimum per week Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Profile
Our Gaming Product team are currently recruiting for a Gaming Systems Engineer on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join their dynamic team.
The role is primarily to provide onsite and remote support for the gaming equipment and ancillary products within our casinos.
The role requires travel all over the UK but will principally be focused to the Midlands area.

Main Responsibilities include:
Effectively manage the day-to-day service calls logged by casinos relating to gaming system faults
Proactively dealing with system issues and keep accurate records so these can be escalated to the senior Gaming Systems Engineer
Understanding of the following gaming systems, IT systems/programmes and ancillary systems will be required; GDS, Inspired, Broadcast Display Systems, IGT SBx, Novomatic SSG and MYSql
Observe all security measures to ensure that gaming systems meet all current security guidelines
Carry out Pre-Preventative Maintenance on a wide range of systems as per the schedule defined by senior Gaming Systems Engineer
Assist the project team when required with machine system installs and gaming floor moves

Personal Skills and Experience Required:
Ability to be a self-motivated problem solver
Capable of working effectively both autonomously and within a team
Have extensive knowledge of gaming equipment and a strong IT/Systems background
Great communication skills
Please note: This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week, however some Out of Hours support may be required from time to time and extensive UK travel with overnight stays should be expected.

The Company
A leading Operator of Adult Gaming Centres is seeking a talented Service Engineer / Technician to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment within one of their flagship sites.

Role Purpose
Effective control of all aspects of your technical area.
To support all terms of the Service Level Agreement. 
Forge and support communication lines with Operations Structure to aid concise information flow.
Promote and endorse the ability and service your team can provide.
To represent the company in a professional manner.

Personnel
To propose and manage weekly technicians rota.
Organise and control holiday entitlement.
Ensure appropriate daily site technical cover as per the Service level Agreement.
Monitor and actively prioritise machine faults.
Offer assistance in advance fault fixing.
Propose and Manage, weekly schedules for:
- Maintenance
- Presentation
- Mech / Reel / Glass cleaning
- Machine Moves
- PAT Testing
Check and Control levels and standards of Fault Repairs / Maintenance / Productivity.
Effect correct Stock Levels and Control.
Promote knowledge flow, with regular contact and meetings with other Technical Supervisors.
Evaluate and Implement any training required by:
- Scheduled personal one to one meetings.
- Assessment of Personal Development Plans (PDP’s)

Machine Management
To conduct servicing on all machines as dictated by the approved company standard.
To repair all faults, where possible, as dictated by the Service Level Agreement.
To notify your Line Manager of any faults that you are unable to fix.
To monitor and amend, where necessary, operating percentages as per Company Policy.
To liaise with the Central Stores facility for the order of any required parts.
To be responsible for your own development of machine knowledge.
To ensure all machines meet the required standards as per the Service Level Agreement.
To ensure maintenance is carried out on all machines as dictated by the maintenance schedule.
To undertake PAT testing, of all portable appliances, as dictated by the Service level Agreement.
To meet and exceed targets for:
- Servicing
- Presentation.
- Mech, Glass, Reel Cleaning.
To undertake machine moves to company standards and with limited disruption.
 


Customer Service
Ensure you greet and acknowledge all customers you come into contact with.
Ensure customers feel valued, learn their names and use it during conversations.
Where appropriate, provide advice and tips on playing the machines.
To professionally handle customers comments and complaints.

Legal
Ensure the company security policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Effectively implement, on a day-to-day basis, the Health & Safety and Social Reasonability training you have been given.
In line with current Gambling Laws “Think 21” at all times.
To be aware of and follow all legal and company policies and procedures as instructed.
Ensure Protection of the Company’s Licensing Obligations / Objectives.
