The Role

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Gaming professional for the opportunity to become Head of Gaming at our large Flagship Casino.

  • The gaming operation consists of Live Gaming Tables, Slots, Electronic Terminals, Poker Room and substantial hospitality offering.

  • We are looking for a creative, proactive person who will be responsible for implementing and sustaining gaming strategy initiatives to achieve key business commercial goals.

  • The role will be responsible for leading and influencing the guest service culture throughout the gaming team and will be expected to meet agreed service level targets.

  • The successful candidate will provide leadership and management for the gaming departments of Slots and Electronics, Live Table Gaming, Poker and Cash desk.

  • Working closely on developing an internal talent pipeline, ensuring all teams have regular reviews, training plans and business goals to work towards.

Selection Criteria (Essential):

  • Minimum of 3 years senior management casino experience

  • Valid PML Holder or have the ability to get a PML

  • Extensive knowledge of the Gaming Industry

A leading Operator of Adult Gaming Centres is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer / Technician to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment.

 Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Operational

  • To service and maintain all gaming equipment and ancillary equipment in your venues.

  • To complete all service calls, technical updates and maintenance works.

  • To assist with Gaming machine installations and removals.

  • Develop and support communication lines with operations, management and third parties to aid effective information flow.

  • To attend technical training courses from third party suppliers.

  • To provide service cover outside of the normal working area when required.

Customer Service

  • To promote the company in a positive manner when interacting with customers.

  • Due to recent growth and future expansion plans, a Compliance Executive is required to support our Compliance Director in all matters relating to licensing and corporate governance.

  • This will be a very hands-on role, with significant visibility across the company.

  • Key areas of focus will be managing the risk financial crime, responsible gambling, customer monitoring and anti-money laundering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and update all key policies and procedure documents, ensuring they are up to date, accurate and in line with all new regulations

  • Ensure that all key policies and procedures are followed by the business; create processes for dealing with issues when they arise

  • Create and maintain a training schedule for all departments, ensuring that staff receive relevant training at regular intervals.

  • Design internal training programs and deliver them to the business

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our compliance work and recommend changes to ensure the constant improvement of our performance
